How the billing works

Stripe Checkout, Polsia-managed. No SDK. No webhooks.

Checkout sessions are created server-side and the founder is routed to the hosted Stripe checkout. The success page polls the platform until the subscription appears in the local Subscription cache and the dashboard unlocks.

  • Starter — $19/mo, $0.05 + Slack-of-one overhead.
  • Growth — $49/mo, anomaly drill-down + Stripe fee-rate drift watches.
  • Scale — $99/mo, audit CSV + the 6:14am daily digest + guardrails.

FAQ

What happens if I downgrade?

Switching to a lower tier triggers a fresh Stripe checkout for the new tier; the old one cancels once the new one fires. Your historical data and guardrails stay.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes — the /dashboard/billing page has a one-click cancel flow that routes through the founder and closes the loop via the Polsia support workflow.

Do you charge a setup fee?

No. Stripe Checkout handles the 20%-per-charge platform fee; you keep 80% minus Stripe processing costs. Payouts are daily to the bank account you connect in Stripe onboarding.

How is the audit CSV built?

The /api/audit/export route returns the latest 2,000 reconciliation rows + your persisted guardrail row as a downloadable CSV. Scale tier only.
